Baseline and Change Lead (Nuclear)

Location: Birchwood, Cheshire, United Kingdom; based in Warrington with three days per week onsite and monthly travel to Cumbria. Applicants must have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Lead and facilitate the Change Control process, ensuring effective governance and compliance.
• Coordinate and chair monthly Change Committee meetings to support informed decision-making.
• Maintain project baselines and implement approved changes across scope, schedule, and cost.
• Review change proposals and assess impacts on risk, commercial performance, scope, cost, and schedule.
• Produce accurate reporting and management information for project stakeholders.
• Support project managers, change owners, and commercial teams while driving consistency and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in Project Controls, Change Management, Commercial Management, or Programme Management.
• Strong understanding of Change Control, governance frameworks, baseline management, and project controls practices.
• Knowledge of Work Breakdown Structures, Cost Breakdown Structures, risk management, and commercial processes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, analytical, and influencing skills.
• Degree or equivalent qualification; relevant professional membership or accreditation is preferred.
• Right to live and work in the United Kingdom required; visa sponsorship is not available.
