Manufacturing Operator, Monday-Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm

Location: Billerica, Massachusetts, United States; onsite production role. Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.

Salary: $24.00–$26.00 per hour, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Set up, operate, and shut down production equipment while following safety and efficiency standards.
• Run and analyze process and test data to maintain product quality, yield, and efficiency.
• Use HMI, SCADA, and statistical process control systems to identify and correct process shifts.
• Prepare raw materials, complete membrane batches, and manage material inventory and process transactions.
• Troubleshoot mechanical errors, safety issues, and production inefficiencies.
• Support continuous improvement, new product design, equipment validation, and process validation activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow documented processes, procedures, work orders, specifications, and SOPs.
• Basic math, computer data entry, attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, use measuring devices and hand or power tools, climb a ladder up to 15 feet, and stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom while wearing a bunny suit, safety glasses, and nitrile gloves for extended periods.
