Machinist - 1st Shift (CNC)

Location: Delavan, Wisconsin, United States; onsite, 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. Occasional mandatory overtime is required.

Salary: $30.00–$32.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Set up, gauge, and run production on castings using CNC lathes and mills.
• Perform facing, turning, boring, chamfering, grooving, threading, drilling, tapping, and washing operations.
• Complete tooling and fixturing setups and use precision measuring equipment, gauges, and part drawings.
• Maintain proper coolant ratios and levels and perform routine machine maintenance.
• Use CNC and manual machines, overhead hoists, hand tools, power tools, air tools, and refractometers.
• Support consistent production flow and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of CNC machining experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of GD&T, print comprehension, and shop math.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and keep production running smoothly.
• Ability to stand, walk, twist, lift, and lower loads up to 30 pounds; steel-toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
