PMO & Portfolio Operations Manager, Rx B2C

What you will do

• Establish and maintain a central overview of the Rx B2C portfolio, including initiatives, objectives, owners, milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and next steps.
• Develop the PMO rhythm and prepare portfolio reviews, monthly business reviews, SteerCos, and ad hoc decision forums.
• Translate project and portfolio information into management-ready decision materials covering progress, risks, trade-offs, and required actions.
• Maintain transparent KPI definitions, reporting logic, ownership, and performance updates.
• Support strategic prioritization, business cases, and portfolio decisions through structured analysis and commercial interpretation.
• Act as PMO Lead or Business Owner for selected priority initiatives, managing scope, milestones, stakeholder alignment, and escalation paths.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in PMO, portfolio management, project management, consulting, business operations, or a comparable coordination role.
• Experience working in matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders, high pace, and complex dependencies.
• Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
• Understanding of KPIs, performance steering, business cases, controlling logic, and commercial trade-offs.
• Ability to influence without direct authority, build trust, and follow up consistently.
• Fluent English and German required.

• Experience in healthcare, digital health, e-commerce, regulated environments, or data-driven commercial steering.
