General Manufacturing Associate (Sunday -Thursday 11pm -7am)

Location: Onsite in Allentown, Pennsylvania, United States. Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 pm–7:00 am, with regular and predictable onsite attendance. Relocation is not available.

Salary: $21.38 per hour

What you will do

• Assemble, package, and inspect medical devices according to production and quality standards.
• Operate machines and production equipment safely and follow established procedures.
• Monitor product quality and identify, discard, or rework non-conforming products.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance tracking and analysis.
• Work with chemicals, measurement equipment, and production materials in a cleanroom environment.

Requirements

• Onsite attendance in Allentown, Pennsylvania is required.
• Availability for the Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 pm–7:00 am shift and non-standard schedules as needed.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of related experience, or completion of PBS requirements and a successful assessment.
• Basic working knowledge of the relevant technical field, basic shop-floor competencies, reading comprehension, and math skills.
• Ability to work in an ISO 8 cleanroom with full garbing, handle chemicals, and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Previous manufacturing experience involving intricate hand assembly.
• Experience with lean tools and process improvement.
• Applicable industry or professional certification.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to rotate across positions within the business unit.
