Operations Associate II - Back Half Day Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Hillsboro, Oregon, United States; onsite manufacturing role. Work is scheduled on a 12-hour back-half day shift: Thursday–Saturday, 5:30 AM–6:00 PM, with rotating Wednesdays on C shift.

What you will do

• Set up production machinery by positioning parts, loading materials, and entering engineering specifications.
• Prepare raw materials and monitor manufacturing process stages while equipment is operating.
• Verify product quality, identify nonconformities, and resolve production problems with internal resources.
• Inspect, clean, and perform routine maintenance on production equipment.
• Follow department procedures, regulatory requirements, and environmental health and safety standards.
• Complete productivity reports and provide input on process procedures and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read specifications and work instructions and follow them accurately.
• Proficiency with Windows-based computer applications.
• Good communication, teamwork, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift on your feet and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and quality-focused attention to detail.

Nice to have

• 1–3 years of manufacturing or relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance guidelines, safety practices, and continuous improvement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
