Manufacturing Technician Bench 2nd Shift M-F 2pm to 10pm (P) (Manufacturing)

Location: Gibsonton, Florida, United States; office/site only. Second shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM.

What you will do

• Set up and operate benching procedures for castings using die grinders, tool belts, buffing wheels, blast cabinets, and auxiliary equipment.
• Perform surface preparation including blasting, belting, grinding, and benching.
• Prepare castings for visual inspection and maintain production quality.
• Use Mercury to verify serial numbers, adjust machines, troubleshoot issues, and maintain parts quality.
• Perform improvement analysis and basic or defined maintenance with maintenance technicians or external service providers.
• Complete cross-training and other assigned production duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience using hand tools.
• Ability to perform metric-system calculations and read engineering instructions.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
• Must be able to work with export-controlled technology and obtain any required export license before starting.

Nice to have

• Background in plastics or ceramics extrusion, or injection/blow molding.
• Experience with inspection equipment such as calipers and pin gauges.
