Production Associate II - Night Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Putnam, Connecticut, United States. Night shift: Monday–Wednesday 6:00pm–6:30am and Thursday 6:00pm–2:30am.

Salary: $19.00–$21.00 per hour, plus a 15% shift differential. The role is also eligible for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Set up, start, operate, and shut down assigned manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Manufacture products according to standard work instructions.
• Follow weekly production schedules and communicate potential production issues to the manager.
• Complete manufacturing documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Practices.
• Follow safety and quality requirements, including OSHA, cGMP, ISO 9001, and ISO 14000 standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to push, pull, lift, move, or carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb stairs to operate equipment.
• Basic mathematics and computer skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Putnam, Connecticut, during the scheduled night shift.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in an ISO or cGMP environment.
