Financial Analyst I (Medtech)

Location: St. Louis, Missouri, United States. Hybrid schedule with Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the office. Occasional business travel is required; relocation is not available.

Salary: $57,000–$65,000 per year.

What you will do

• Collect and analyze financial information for accounts, products, product lines, and business units.
• Track financial performance against organizational goals and report current or expected results.
• Build financial models to support business decision-making.
• Analyze cash flow, expenditures, revenue, depreciation, and investments.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and forecasts.
• Recommend improvements to financial procedures, plans, controls, and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Applicable industry or professional certification.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret financial information.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Ability to work in the hybrid St. Louis office schedule, with Tuesday–Thursday attendance required.
