Finance Manager (Global IT)

Location: On-site in Brea, California, United States

Annual salary: $110,000–$130,000, plus bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted financial advisor to Global IT leadership through financial guidance, analysis, and recommendations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting activities.
• Partner with senior leaders, corporate stakeholders, and finance teams across functions and regions to support companywide planning.
• Use data-driven analytics and performance metrics to improve financial transparency, accountability, and operational effectiveness.
• Support continuous improvement of planning, forecasting, reporting, and financial management processes through the hirify.global Business System.
• Help adopt AI-enabled finance solutions and advanced analytics to improve planning accuracy and process efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of experience, master’s degree with 7+ years, or doctoral degree with 4+ years.
• Progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency with financial systems and tools such as OAS/OBI, Power BI, ERP systems, OneStream, BPC/EPM, and Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including experience presenting to executives and influencing global cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and resolve financial issues independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP-BPC, OneStream, data warehouses, or financial consolidation tools.
• Experience in diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or another regulated, high-complexity industry.
• Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic organization with shifting priorities.
