What you will do
- Manage weekly Speaker payment processes while the new platform is implemented.
- Provide monthly P&L management, operating expense control, cost analysis, and variance analysis.
- Support monthly forecasts and annual budgeting.
- Identify financial and operational risks and opportunities for senior management.
- Administer financial accounting systems, process transactions, maintain the general ledger, and prepare journal entries.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations, audit preparation, and ad hoc financial analyses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance.
- At least two years of accounting, financial, or analytical experience.
- Knowledge of general ledger accounting, technical accounting, and monthly close processes.
- Experience with financial reporting or accounting databases and ERP systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Hyperion Essbase, or Salesforce.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with complex financial modeling.
- Strong communication, project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
