SQL Data Analyst

Location: Hybrid role based at the corporate office in Dallas, Texas, USA

What you will do

• Write complex SQL queries against source systems containing operational, clinical, workforce, and financial data.
• Reconcile imperfect data across multiple systems and investigate performance trends.
• Build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions from the ground up.
• Automate recurring reporting and create repeatable data processes.
• Translate analyses into clear insights for leaders across clinics, markets, regions, and the enterprise.
• Partner with the Transformation Management Office and business stakeholders to support performance improvement decisions.

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills and the ability to work directly with source-system data.
• Experience building Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Ability to investigate data quality issues, reconcile information across systems, and determine whether findings can be trusted.
• Ability to analyze operational, clinical, workforce, and financial performance data.
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly in business discussions.
