Location: Hybrid role based in Shreveport, Louisiana, USA; Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:00 PM.
Salary: $23.00–$26.00 per hour, plus bonus structure.

What you will do
- Conduct counseling sessions for patients throughout their recovery journey.
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
- Build meaningful, supportive relationships with patients.
- Provide patient-centered care focused on recovery from substance use and opioid addiction.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and manage required records.
Requirements
- Work from the Shreveport, Louisiana location in a hybrid schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree with CAC, CSW, RSW, PLMFT, or PLPC credential, or a master’s degree with LMSW, LAC, or LCSW credential.
- Ability to conduct counseling and support patients receiving addiction treatment.
