Salary: $33/hour plus a bonus structure

What you will do
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to counselors.
- Support patient-centered care and recovery for people receiving addiction treatment.
- Ensure high-quality clinical services and compliance with applicable requirements.
- Manage clinical documentation.
- Contribute to team building and a collaborative care environment.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field with at least 3 years of post-master’s experience, or an active professional license or certification.
- Ability to work on-site in Asheville, North Carolina.
- Availability for a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
