What you will do
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to counselors.
- Support patient-centered care and recovery services.
- Ensure high-quality counseling and compliance with applicable requirements.
- Manage clinical documentation.
- Build and support an effective counseling team.
Requirements
- Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor certification at supervisor level (LADC Supervisor) required.
- Experience providing clinical supervision and leadership to counselors.
- Commitment to patient-centered addiction recovery care.
- Ability to work the full-time, on-site schedule in Woodbury, Minnesota.
