Associate Growth Operations Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Build, test, maintain, and document AI-assisted workflows for Revenue Operations and go-to-market teams.
• Convert manual, repeatable processes into scalable automated workflows and support AI skills and company-context initiatives.
• Support segmentation, account assignment, capacity, quota, and other Annual Operating Plan models.
• Improve recurring reporting on funnel performance, product-qualified leads, conversion, and retention for the Pave business unit.
• Investigate go-to-market process issues, support recurring operating cadences, and handle ad hoc analysis requests.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Product, Marketing, GTM, and RevOps stakeholders to design data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Finance, Consulting, Data Analytics, or a similar analytical role; strong internship experience is accepted.
• Ability to develop technical skills through hands-on experience.
• Curiosity about using AI tools to improve business outcomes.
• Clear and concise written communication.
• Must be based in the United States for the remote option.

• Experience using AI tools in a business environment.
• Experience with Salesforce, Excel, SQL, and vibe-coding tools.
