Process Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote, Canada

Salary: CAD 89,900–99,900 base salary per year, plus bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to analyze systems and operational procedures.
• Lead interviews, workshops, and stakeholder walkthroughs to define current-state processes and future-state goals.
• Conduct gap and impact analyses, identify risks, and recommend solutions aligned with business needs and best practices.
• Collect and document business requirements and create structured process maps and workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and facilitate User Acceptance Testing and stakeholder alignment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement methodology and advise on high-visibility initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience leading process analysis and improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong facilitation, communication, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build relationships with senior and executive leadership.
• Experience designing process maps, workflows, and business requirements.
• Experience using AI to streamline business processes.
• Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, Service Cloud, and Kantata, preferably in a SaaS environment involving Business Process Management, Project Management, or Strategic Initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience with MS Copilot, Miro, or Claude.
• Knowledge of current process improvement trends, methodologies, and best practices.
