Automotive Floorplan Territory Manager (Automotive Finance)

Location: Remote, based in Anchorage, Alaska, United States; travel greater than 75% with overnight travel required

Salary: Base pay of $50,000 per year, plus performance-based compensation and commissions

What you will do

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and retain automotive dealership clients.
• Build relationships with dealership owners and decision-makers and present financing solutions.
• Manage servicing for the automotive floorplan portfolio and address client issues.
• Train dealerships on financing products, services, and related tools.
• Monitor dealership conditions, loan balances, dealer performance, payment trends, and portfolio risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams on risk assessment, compliance, process improvement, and customer experience.

Requirements

• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills required.
• Automotive industry knowledge and strong financial acumen.
• At least 2 years of related experience in finance, sales, account management, or collections; a BA/BS and 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination, is required.
• Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, collection, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Valid driver's license required; ability to fly and drive and travel more than 75% is essential.
