Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor - Harrisburg, PA

Location: Remote, United States; must be a full-time resident of the United States and able to provide care to clients in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

What you will do

• Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
• Manage a clinical caseload ranging from milder presentations to complex and severe mental health needs.
• Assess and manage risk and respond to clinical crises when needed.
• Deliver care through a private or group practice, including in-person services in Harrisburg where applicable.
• Use Lyra's provider platform for scheduling, invoicing, and client coordination.

Requirements

• Master's or doctoral degree from a clinical track, such as MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, or PsyD.
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent independent license with no current, past, or pending disciplinary action.
• Experience and commitment to evidence-based treatments, including ACT, CBT, CPT, or DBT, and clinical best practices.
• Ability to provide care to clients in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
• Experience managing clinical risk and responding to crises.
• Full-time United States residency is required.
