Salary: $120,000–$180,000 USD annual compensation based on 40 hours per week

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations through video consultations.
• Educate clients about psychedelic therapy, ketamine treatment, safety, and expected experiences.
• Prescribe ketamine therapy using clinical protocols and individualized clinical judgment.
• Coordinate whole-person care with hirify.global guides.
• Deliver a warm, professional, and reliable client experience.
• Improve clinical protocols and the care model using insights from client work.

Requirements

• Active Oregon Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensure and DEA registration required.
• At least six months of psychiatric experience.
• Experience conducting complex psychiatric evaluations and diagnosing depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
• Strong commitment to clinical excellence and evidence-based psychiatric care.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and troubleshoot independently.
• Warm, professional, and fully present communication during video consultations.
