Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Behavioral Health (Hybrid)

Location: NC, United States — hybrid role with in-person and virtual member support

Salary: $90,000–$93,000 per year

What you will do

• Triage member needs and provide short-term therapeutic interventions.
• Support members with serious mental illness and substance use disorder.
• Develop care plans and provide education on behavioral health, mental illness, and preventive care.
• Refer members to medical, social, behavioral health, and substance use disorder resources.
• Collaborate with care teams on escalations and placement in programs with different levels of intensity.
• Maintain engagement with high-acuity members and help facilitate transitions of care.

Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) qualification.
• At least one year of experience after completing a master’s degree.
• Ability to work in North Carolina in a hybrid setting and support members both in person and virtually.
• Completion of required medical clearance, including evidence of immunity to MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella, or an approved medical or religious accommodation.
