Psychiatric Clinician (PMHNP/PA) Ohio Licensed

Location: Remote; Ohio licensure required

Salary: $120,000–$180,000 annual compensation based on 40 hours per week.

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations through video consultations.
• Assess client needs and determine whether hirify.global is an appropriate treatment option.
• Educate clients about ketamine therapy, its science, safety, and treatment experience.
• Prescribe ketamine therapy using clinical protocols and individualized clinical judgment.
• Coordinate care with hirify.global guides to provide a whole-person client experience.
• Improve clinical protocols and the care model using insights from client care.

Requirements

• Active Ohio licensure as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatric Physician Assistant.
• Active DEA registration.
• At least six months of psychiatric experience.
• Experience conducting complex psychiatric evaluations and diagnosing depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
• Warm, professional video-consultation manner and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly, troubleshoot independently, and use AI to improve client outcomes and administrative efficiency.
