Location: North Chicago, Illinois, United States; hybrid work model with 4 days onsite

Salary: $24.00–$26.00 per hour

What you will do

• Receive basic end-user support requests for software applications.
• Create and manage software requests.
• Provide basic software support and troubleshooting.
• Support compliance with applicable corporate policies and procedures.
• Work as part of the managed services team and potentially guide contingent workers indirectly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with software and hardware renewals preferred.
• IT asset management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including O365.
• Availability for a hybrid schedule with 4 days onsite in North Chicago, Illinois.
