AI Engineer in the USA

Location: USA. Remote, office-based, and hybrid work options are available. This role is not available in some regions.

Salary: EUR 4,000–6,500 gross per month. Final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Design and develop AI-powered applications using Large Language Models and Generative AI.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions with embeddings, vector databases, and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Develop agentic AI applications with autonomous planning, reasoning, and tool usage.
• Design multi-agent orchestration frameworks for complex workflows.
• Deploy and manage AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Azure App Service.
• Build Python APIs and backend services while collaborating with architects, product teams, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python, LLMs, Generative AI, and RAG architectures.
• Knowledge of agentic AI and multi-agent systems.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and Azure Key Vault.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or CrewAI, plus CI/CD, Docker, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher is required.
