Location: South Elgin, Illinois, United States; onsite warehouse role

Annual base salary: $139,816–$159,101

What you will do

• Lead Operations Managers and Supervisors while building a culture of safety, engagement, collaboration, and performance.
• Oversee daily fulfillment center operations and track safety, quality, throughput, and customer experience metrics.
• Drive workflow optimization, process changes, quality improvements, and Lean initiatives.
• Partner with network management, transportation, S&OP, engineering, and inventory planning on complex, large-scale projects.
• Support operational strategy, revenue and profitability goals, and the development of new tools, technologies, and workflows.
• Communicate performance trends, strategic insights, and operational improvements to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in e-commerce, supply chain, operations, or logistics.
• Experience with workflow optimization, throughput analysis, and defect reduction; Lean or Six Sigma experience is valued.
• Strong people leadership, delegation, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret complex metrics and implement solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organization and attention to detail.
