Sales Development Representative (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Generate new business opportunities in Australia through outbound and inbound leads.
• Engage managed service providers by phone, email, and other channels to understand their challenges and identify opportunities.
• Conduct high-volume prospecting activity, including 50+ calls per day, to book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Share hirify.global’s value proposition, answer prospect questions, and qualify leads.
• Collaborate with sales management on targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to improvements in processes, training, and technology use.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Comfort with high-volume calling and outbound prospecting.
• Ability to work independently, stay self-motivated, and ask for support when needed.
• Collaborative, coachable, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Passion for solving customer problems through product offerings and supporting teammates.
• Must be based in Australia for this remote role.
