Manager, Renewals (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Renewals Managers and support broader team performance.
• Guide regional renewal strategy through executive partnership with Sales and regional leadership.
• Build and maintain rolling renewal forecasts in SFDC with a focus on accurate execution.
• Coach teams on complex renewals, multi-business-unit agreements, customer strategy, negotiations, upsells, and cross-sells.
• Act as the internal and external escalation point for renewal commercials.
• Collaborate with Operations, Legal, Finance, and Data and Insights teams on portfolio strategy and commercial execution.

Requirements

• Customer-facing experience with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Commercial negotiation experience and a record of meeting or exceeding renewal revenue goals.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work across different technology platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent comparable experience.
