Business Development Manager Helix (AI)

Location: Remote, New Hampshire, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $97,000–$125,000 per year.

What you will do

• Identify, qualify, and advance high-potential business opportunities.
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic pursuit and capture strategies.
• Collaborate with capture, delivery, and leadership teams to win new business.
• Represent Helix at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums.
• Build executive-level relationships with customers, partners, and industry leaders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development, capture, or technology sales.
• Proven success building qualified pipelines and winning new business with large enterprise organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least one industry-recognized technology certification, such as Microsoft, AWS, or CompTIA.
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, influencing, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States is required.

• Master’s degree in business, technology, or a related discipline.
