Director Enterprise Solutions (Data Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Lead Solution Architects and business development/GTM profiles across EMEA and LATAM.
• Unify technical and commercial teams around a proactive enterprise solutions plan.
• Build incremental pipeline, improve win rates, and deliver year-over-year bookings growth.
• Develop propositions for cyber resilience, migration, modernisation, and mission-critical applications.
• Engage CIOs, CISOs, sales, technical, marketing, and partner organisations in a matrixed environment.
• Set commercial and technical standards for solution sizing and design decisions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology, including strategic and people leadership.
• 5+ years of people-management experience.
• Experience leading both technical pre-sales or solution architecture and commercial business development or GTM profiles, or a credible equivalent case.
• Demonstrated success creating pipeline and delivering measurable commercial results.
• Strong expertise in at least two areas: ransomware and recovery architecture, immutability and air-gapped recovery, NIS2 and DORA, virtualisation and container platforms, migration and repatriation, or SAP and Oracle storage requirements.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel across EMEA and LATAM are required.

Nice to have

• Experience selling or architecting for regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, and the public sector.
• Experience building a GTM motion and the team operating it.
• Relationships across integrator, hypervisor, application, security, hyperscaler, and partner ecosystems.
• Storage or data infrastructure background.
• Additional European language.
