Senior Customer Success Manager, Enterprise (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage enterprise merchants and support growth targets for cross-border payment services.
• Monitor merchants’ daily cross-border payment activity and report on operational performance.
• Identify scenario-based financial needs, client pain points, and new business opportunities.
• Resolve client issues related to pricing configuration, KYC/KYB, transaction monitoring, and other payment operations.
• Collaborate with product, R&D, and other teams to analyze market information and provide feedback.
• Drive optimization and innovation of products, features, and processes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant industry experience, preferably supporting large enterprise clients.
• Strong communication, logical thinking, business acumen, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to identify client needs, collect and analyze information, and use data to support business development.
• Detail-oriented, results-driven, proactive, collaborative, and resilient under pressure.
• Strong learning ability and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
