TL;DR
Deployment Strategist (CTI) (Cyber Threat Intelligence/AI): Driving enterprise CTI customers from signed contracts to repeatable intelligence outcomes through deployment, onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion with an accent on building a new deployment function and production AI workflows. Focus on defining adoption metrics, guiding executive business reviews, identifying expansion opportunities, and translating customer feedback into product priorities.

Location: United States; remote. Working hours and customer coverage align primarily with North American time zones, with occasional collaboration outside US time zones. No regular onsite requirement; occasional customer visits are expected, with approximately 10% travel.

Company

hirify.global provides AI-powered intelligence solutions that help public and private sector agencies investigate and disrupt crime through its Intel platform.

What you will do

  • Own enterprise private-sector CTI customers end to end from onboarding through adoption, renewal, and expansion.
  • Build and ship a v1 deployment and onboarding playbook within 30 days, defining repeatable deployment standards and success metrics.
  • Use TRM's Intel platform and Claude to move analysts toward recurring threat intelligence workflows, including threat landscape analysis, vulnerability prioritization, exposure analysis, ransomware readiness, and malware and IOC investigations.
  • Build production AI workflows using Salesforce, Gong, and product usage telemetry to generate account health summaries, QBR drafts, and risk signals.
  • Run business reviews with CISOs, CTI directors, and security leaders, connecting product usage with investigation speed, reduced exposure, and analyst time saved.
  • Co-own renewal and expansion with Sales, identify new workflows and use cases, and convert adoption blockers and product gaps into prioritized Product input.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in deployment strategy, onboarding, solutions engineering, customer success, or other post-sale roles, with ownership of NRR, GRR, and expansion metrics and demonstrated use of AI to scale the work.
  • Background in cyber threat intelligence, security operations, threat hunting, incident response, or a CTI vendor or platform environment; consulting, MSSP, and enterprise security experience count.
  • Practical understanding of corporate CTI teams, including intelligence requirements, finished intelligence, and handoffs to SOC and hunt teams.
  • Fluency in threat actors, MITRE ATT&CK, vulnerability and exploitation intelligence, ransomware, and stealer logs.
  • Zero-to-one experience building a deployment, onboarding, or customer success function or playbook from scratch and demonstrating its outcomes.
  • Production AI fluency: experience building repeatable AI workflows that synthesize multiple data sources, explaining the data logic and where human judgment remains involved.
  • Executive presence for QBRs with CISOs, CTI directors, and security leaders, including preparation with AI-assisted briefs.
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers across North American time zones, including regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, telecom, and critical infrastructure.
  • Ability to ship a v1 before all answers are known and use AI to move faster.

Nice to have

  • Experience at a threat intelligence vendor, ISAC or ISAO, or corporate intelligence team.
  • Familiarity with third-party and supply chain risk or cyber insurance workflows.
  • Certifications such as GCTI or GCIH.

Culture & Benefits

  • Distributed, async-first environment with strong documentation, Slack communication, weekly customer syncs, and biweekly health syncs.
  • Direct collaboration with the Head of Customer Success, CRO, North America Sales, and Product.
  • High-ownership, fast-moving environment focused on experimentation, direct feedback, measurable impact, and rapid iteration.
  • Primarily North American business hours; urgent customer needs may occasionally require attention outside standard hours, with no formal on-call rotation.
  • Minimal travel, approximately 10% of time, primarily for occasional customer visits; no regular onsite requirement.
  • AI fluency is a baseline expectation and is evaluated during the interview process.

Hiring process

  • Apply directly and highlight experience and impact relevant to the required qualifications; provide thoughtful and accurate answers to application questions.
  • Process generally includes a recruiter introduction, hiring manager interview, first-round interviews, a hands-on case study, references, and an offer discussion.
  • An AI skills assessment and Leadership Principles interview are included in most processes. AI tools such as notetakers, interview assistants, and real-time coaching tools are not permitted during interviews without prior approval.
