Lab Tech (Laboratory Testing)

Salary: $25.00–$36.25 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process materials, finished goods, and stability samples according to standard operating procedures.
• Document laboratory data and results in accordance with good documentation practices.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, identify malfunctions, perform simple repairs, and coordinate repairs when needed.
• Review and update standard operating procedures.
• Review test data, calculations, and results for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain laboratory housekeeping and provide technical support while communicating scientific results.

Requirements

• Onsite position in Arlington Heights, Illinois, United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of laboratory work experience.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to follow laboratory safety, data documentation, and good laboratory practice procedures.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field such as Chemistry, Biology, or Analytical Science.
• Experience working in a regulated industry.
