What you will do

• Evaluate ingredients and finished products against quality specifications.
• Conduct quality audits and provide feedback to frontline employees.
• Ensure laboratory, quality, and food safety activities comply with OSHA, TTB, EPA, and internal requirements.
• Document customer, vendor, laboratory, and quality-system issues and help implement corrective actions.
• Write, organize, and update laboratory procedures and work instructions.
• Partner with production teams to lead problem-solving activities and drive sustainable process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related technical field.
• At least one year of laboratory, quality-control, or related experience.
• Strong analytical, technical, planning, organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate across organizational levels.
• Ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and be at least 21 years old.
