Pre-Analytic Training and QA Coordinator (Healthcare AI)

Location: Chicago office, onsite five days a week

Salary: $25.00 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate onboarding and initial training for employees in Accessioning, Order Processing, and Returns.
• Deliver group and individual training on specimen receipt, order creation and updates, accessioning, order review, and specimen returns.
• Develop, evaluate, and update training materials, plans, resources, and tools.
• Conduct competency evaluations and maintain accurate training assessment records.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and procedural resource for department employees and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support quality and service metrics, improvement plans, and bench work as needed for up to 25% of the time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant work or training experience.
• Experience designing and implementing training and measuring its effectiveness and outcomes.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to delegate tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work independently in a cross-functional team.
• Ability to work onsite in the Chicago office five days a week.
