Principal Enterprise Technology Systems Consultant (Oracle HCM)

Location: Hybrid, based at one of seven United States locations: Vienna, VA; Pensacola, FL; Winchester, VA; San Diego, CA; Jacksonville, FL; Coppell, TX; or Sandy Springs, GA.

Salary: $111,600–$163,100 annually.

What you will do

• Research, implement, configure, and maintain Oracle HCM solutions for Benefits and Payroll.
• Oversee complex technical projects and initiatives with significant business impact and risk.
• Design and document technical solutions, data flows, integrations, notifications, and application connections.
• Manage the SDLC from requirements intake through deployment and align product roadmaps with Oracle release cycles.
• Advise internal customers, stakeholders, and senior management on cloud capabilities and technical options.
• Lead medium to large initiatives and mentor lower-level staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management/Information Systems, or equivalent education and experience.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience and subject matter expertise in Benefits and Payroll.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle HCM functional and technical data flows, notifications, and integrations.
• Advanced experience with cloud technologies, cloud-based applications, case management, and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and Azure DevOps.
• Independent problem-solving, mentoring, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with Visual Builder Studio, Visual Builder Cloud Services, generative AI chatbots, and content or knowledge development.
