Senior Oracle Functional Analyst (Oracle Financials)

Location: Galway, Ireland. Applicants must be legally authorized to reside and work in Ireland. Immigration sponsorship, international relocation, and remote work outside Ireland are not available.

What you will do

• Provide functional leadership and subject-matter expertise across Oracle Financials and Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Analyze business requirements and design scalable end-to-end solutions for finance and accounting processes.
• Lead application projects, enhancements, testing, deployment, documentation, and production support.
• Coordinate business users, IT support, development, integration, engineering, and change-management stakeholders.
• Design and implement reporting capabilities and new business functionality.
• Ensure governance, ITIL, service management, software lifecycle, change-management, and internal SLA compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, manufacturing/operations, IT, or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of IT, enterprise application, and Oracle ERP experience.
• Strong experience with Oracle EBS 12x or later and core Financials modules, including GL, FA, SLA, AR, AP, PA, OTL, and CST.
• Understanding of Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Oracle Supply Chain cycles, and integrated Financials, Inventory, and SCM operations.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, reports, Application Object Library, FND, TOAD, or SQL Developer.
• Experience with testing, solution design, functional specifications, and implementation of enterprise applications.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud, including Payables and General Ledger.
• Working knowledge of Inventory, Manufacturing, Avalara, Oracle eBusiness Tax, Salesforce.com, or SAFe methodology.
