Salary: $45,000 per year

• Run a hirify.global retail store as an independent business.
• Grow sales through effective store management and decision-making.
• Work directly with customers and understand their needs.
• Deliver a consistently exceptional standard of customer service.
• Make day-to-day decisions within broad company guidelines and available support.

Requirements

• Must work onsite in Spokane at a Warhammer store.
• Strong customer engagement and service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions that drive sales.
• Commitment to understanding and prioritizing company needs at work.
