Senior Business Systems Analyst – Refining Digital Operations

Location: Findlay, Ohio, with additional locations across the United States

Salary: $106,900–$184,300 per year

What you will do

• Lead the identification, evaluation, and delivery of strategic digital initiatives across refining locations and processes.
• Shape digital roadmaps and advise senior and executive leaders on technology investments, operational excellence, and business value.
• Bridge business requirements with technology solutions across IT and OT environments, including Digital Twins, connected worker solutions, industrial data platforms, and advanced analytics.
• Lead cost-benefit, ROI, requirements, user story, feedback, and systems improvement activities.
• Develop and execute cross-functional testing strategies and drive adoption across multiple teams and organizations.
• Mentor colleagues and support the improvement of IT Service Management capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading complex business and technology initiatives in refining, manufacturing, industrial, or operational technology environments is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of business analysis, requirements management, SDLC, quality assurance, business process modeling, and Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of IT/OT convergence and integration across industrial and enterprise environments is preferred.
• Ability to influence senior leaders, build consensus, and drive change in large, matrixed organizations.

Nice to have

• Experience with data contextualization or Industrial Digital Twin technologies.
• Understanding of AI fundamentals and relevant business use cases.
