Business Systems Analyst Senior

Location: In-office in Miamisburg, Ohio; Cleveland, Ohio; or Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States

Base salary: $63,750–$106,250 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and production specifications for technology application changes.
• Define system scope and objectives based on user needs and business processes.
• Lead business process improvement projects for internal business groups.
• Identify and document constraints, implications, and consequences of proposed system changes.
• Recommend solutions for business issues and act as a liaison between business and technology teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with business assessment, requirements analysis, business process modeling, and workflow analysis.
• Skills in technical writing and documentation, IT project management, and software solutions.
• Must work in the office in Miamisburg, Cleveland, or Pittsburgh.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
