Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Richland, Mississippi, United States; onsite second-shift role

What you will do

• Coordinate second-shift production activities and ensure production targets are met.
• Supervise production employees, supporting training, safe work habits, quality, and efficiency.
• Conduct performance reviews, development discussions, and corrective actions.
• Ensure materials are available and resolve issues affecting production schedules and costs.
• Coordinate with Shipping and Project Management to confirm customer shipping requirements and shipment completeness.
• Support product flow through hands-on production work, ihirify.globalory monitoring, and special projects.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in metal fabrication or manufacturing.
• Strong planning and organization skills with an understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Good computer skills.
• Ability to read prints and take tape measurements to 1/16 inch.
• Ability to work the second shift after the initial training period.
• Ability to spend two-thirds of each 8–10-hour shift walking and standing in a non-air-conditioned production environment.
