Assembly Operator Lead - Weekend (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Blaine, Minnesota, United States; flexibility to work assigned shifts, overtime, and weekends is required.

Salary: $23.90–$44.40 per hour, with potential additional annual incentives.

What you will do

• Lead daily assembly operations while meeting safety, quality, productivity, and delivery goals.
• Maintain a strong safety culture through floor presence, coaching, inspections, observations, risk assessments, and ergonomic evaluations.
• Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and environmental, health, and safety reporting.
• Coordinate onboarding, employee training, and cross-training on safe work practices and standardized procedures.
• Monitor production performance and material flow using visual management tools.
• Drive Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and employee-led problem-solving initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an industrial environment with a strong focus on safety and environmental compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all organizational levels.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, ladders, and scaffolding, and inspect elevated or difficult-to-access areas.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
