Associate Specialist - Finance Data Analytics

Location: Chicago, IL; hybrid work model with time split between the office and home. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $95,600–$162,400 USD base pay annually.

What you will do

• Work with business leaders and stakeholders to align analytics with business and corporate strategies.
• Define and develop analytical capabilities for cross-functional business challenges.
• Analyze business processes, data flows, and historical and predictive data to design enduring analytical solutions.
• Develop metrics, ad-hoc reports, statistical models, and decision-support insights.
• Extend business intelligence and analytics infrastructure using scalable solutions, metric governance, Agile, and SDLC practices.
• Support operational change management, issue resolution, special projects, and small project leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience and a college or university degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with SQL, Excel, database systems, data analysis, and reporting.
• Strong mathematical, communication, project management, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of relational and dimensional databases, querying, data warehouses, requirements gathering, or decision-support tools.
• U.S. work authorization without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model between the Chicago office and home.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Business Intelligence Suite, QlikView, Informatica, SSRS, SAS, or other analytics and data-mining tools.
