Business Systems Analyst – Refining Digital Operations (Industrial Digital Twin)

Location: Findlay, Ohio, or one of the listed U.S. refinery locations

Salary: $80,800–$139,500 per year

What you will do

• Define, measure, analyze, improve, and control business processes across refining operations.
• Lead digital initiatives from concept through implementation, focusing on business value, user adoption, and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with operators, end users, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and align solution delivery.
• Recommend system alternatives and enhancements based on business performance, cost-benefit, and return-on-investment analysis.
• Support IT service management, change management, SDLC delivery, testing, and technology implementation.
• Develop user stories, gather feedback, and support prototypes and wireframes for digital tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Business analysis, analytical thinking, stakeholder communication, and business partner relationship skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and change management.
• Ability to coordinate work across diverse teams and deliver outcomes in complex environments.
• Ability to work at the stated U.S. location or one of the additional listed locations.

Nice to have

• Experience with data contextualization or industrial digital twin technologies.
• Experience supporting refining, manufacturing, industrial, or operational technology environments.
• Experience developing or supporting digital rounds, logbooks, task tracking, or digital permitting tools.
• Knowledge of AI fundamentals and job-relevant AI use cases.
