Business Analyst

Location: Minneapolis, United States

Salary: $72,100–$118,800 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Research, document, and communicate functional requirements for product and process enhancements.
• Lead requirements elicitation sessions and create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data mappings.
• Support Agile delivery by monitoring product progress, managing scope changes, and reviewing release backlogs.
• Coordinate QA and UAT activities, including test case design, story validation, and issue resolution.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, scrum teams, and product owners.
• Provide end-user support and contribute to process improvements, audit methodology support, and team development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in audit or business analysis.
• Experience with third-party vendors, relationship building, and operational business process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), organizational skills, attention to detail, and cross-functional communication.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Ability to make data-based decisions, manage priorities, and collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Business analysis or audit experience with a mid-to-large public accounting or audit services firm.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira.
