North American Pursuit Specialist

Compensation range: $50,500–$74,000 CAD annually

What you will do

• Support enterprise pursuit teams as a trusted advisor and internal proposal resource.
• Set up Teams channels, coordinate kick-off meetings, track tasks, and support timeline execution.
• Implement approved pursuit strategies through tailored content and proposal deliverables.
• Produce, format, edit, and assemble compliant proposal documents and presentation materials.
• Coordinate information gathering, follow up on assignments, and incorporate research and approved messaging.
• Support quality control, training, knowledge sharing, and improvements to pursuit resources and tools.

Requirements

• Degree or at least 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Some experience with customer relationship management software.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn firm-specific programs and software.
• Ability to prepare presentations with charts, graphics, tables, speaker notes, and handouts.
• Strong grammar and proofreading skills.
• Ability to respond positively to changing circumstances, implement improvements, and provide timely performance feedback.
