Associate Project Manager (SaaS)

Location: Montreal, Canada

Salary: CAD 55,000–64,000 annual base salary or OTE

What you will do

• Maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, expenditure tracking, calendars, and status reports.
• Coordinate smaller projects end to end and support senior project managers on complex, high-visibility engagements.
• Organize stakeholder meetings, document minutes and action items, and follow up on commitments.
• Coordinate change management and risk management activities, escalating issues when needed.
• Support quality assurance and adherence to project frameworks and documentation standards.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or project management within a technology or professional services environment.
• Technical affinity and comfort with IT concepts.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Structured mindset, critical thinking, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to organize complex or virtual environments.

Nice to have

• PMI certification, such as CAPM or PMP.
