Sales Trainee - Access Equipment - West Coast (Manufacturing)

Location: Remote, Arizona, United States. The role requires 50–70% travel and includes customer visits, office-based administration, and field or production environments.

Salary: $51,400–$79,200 per year, with the range applying across U.S. locations.

What you will do

• Rotate through inside sales, field aftermarket, whole goods sales, marketing, finance, purchasing, and manufacturing.
• Enter orders, handle customer calls, and coordinate activities across departments on behalf of the sales team.
• Build customer relationships and support sales representatives in understanding regional needs and trends.
• Enter customer information and configure machines for current and future customer requirements.
• Analyze regional sales and order-book data to support forecasting.
• Perform assigned administrative duties and travel regularly to meet customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Ability to travel 50–70%.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to work independently and within a structured team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other web-based software.
• Ability to work across office, field, and production environments, including occasional moderate lifting up to 50 pounds.
