Maintenance Team Lead - 2nd Shift (Industrial Maintenance)

Location: Gallatin, Tennessee, United States. Full-time onsite position on the Monday–Friday second shift, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM, with overtime as needed. Relocation is not available.

Salary: $32.02–$51.25 per hour, plus a $1.00 shift differential for each hour worked on the second shift.

What you will do

• Schedule and manage the daily work of maintenance technicians.
• Safely maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment and building systems.
• Provide hands-on training and coach and mentor maintenance technicians.
• Identify training opportunities and improve the department’s technical capabilities.
• Read blueprints, electrical diagrams, and hydraulic diagrams while diagnosing equipment issues.
• Support special projects, parts stocking and ordering, timekeeping, and technical work-order processing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience.
• 6–10 years of related experience and training.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment and determine correctly sized electrical components from nameplates and drawings.
• Ability to operate computer programs for parts, timekeeping, and work-order processing.
• Ability to apply logical and mathematical reasoning to technical and practical problems.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate large equipment, and lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds; minimal domestic travel is required.
