Manufacturing Resource Planner

Location: Wamego, Kansas, United States; onsite five days a week. Relocation is available. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $77,264–$115,896 per year, depending on job level, market location, knowledge, skills, performance, and experience.

What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and execute production activities to meet customer delivery, productivity, and cost objectives.
• Manage material planning and coordinate material flows across production, inventory, and warehouse locations.
• Monitor inventory, material availability, production capacity, and customer demand.
• Work with Production, Supply Chain, Materials, Quality, and Operations teams to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Analyze planning data to identify bottlenecks, balance resources, and improve operational efficiency.
• Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement related to safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience in manufacturing, production planning, materials management, supply chain, or operations leadership.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems for production schedules, inventory, and materials planning.
• Knowledge of production scheduling, inventory management, capacity planning, and demand planning.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in Wamego, Kansas. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Distribution Requirements Planning and inventory replenishment.
• Experience evaluating supply chain disruptions, delays, and operational bottlenecks.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to analyze root causes and implement solutions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
