Process Engineer (Paper)

Location: International Falls, Minnesota, United States; onsite at the International Falls white paper mill

Salary: $86,000–$127,200 per year

What you will do

• Provide technical and operating support to departments, support groups, and hourly operations employees.
• Support optimization, energy efficiency, cost savings, technical and process studies, and technology implementation.
• Develop and deliver operator training.
• Complete engineering projects and development activities for future operation and maintenance positions.
• Build skills through orientation across different process areas.

Requirements

• BS degree in engineering, such as Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Paper Science, or Environmental Engineering.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Current valid driver’s license required.

• Co-op or internship experience in a manufacturing environment.
